This policy explains what information Laabh collects when you use laabh.app, why we collect it, and how we handle it. Laabh is a non-custodial algorithmic trading app. Your funds stay on the cryptocurrency exchange you connect. We operate from 1057, sector-65, Faridabad, India.

Information we collect

  • Account: name, email address, and password (stored hashed, not in plain text).
  • Exchange connections: API keys and related settings you provide so Laabh can place or manage orders on your behalf. Keys are not stored in plain text.
  • Trading configuration: strategies, symbols, risk settings, backtests, and related app activity.
  • Usage: standard logs (for example IP address, device/browser, pages visited) and analytics cookies used to understand how the site is used.
  • Support: messages you send by email, contact form, or WhatsApp.

How we use it

We use this information to:

  • Create and secure your account
  • Connect to exchanges you choose and run strategies you configure
  • Bill subscriptions and provide customer support
  • Improve reliability, security, and the product
  • Send transactional email (verification, password reset)

We do not sell your personal information. We do not take custody of your crypto assets.

Sharing

We share information only as needed to operate the service: with the exchanges you connect (via API), with infrastructure and analytics providers that process data on our behalf, and when required by law. Exchange API access is limited to what you authorize on that exchange.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for sign-in and session security, and analytics cookies to measure site usage. You can block non-essential cookies in your browser; the app may not work correctly without essential cookies.

Retention and your choices

We keep account and trading configuration data while your account is active, and for a limited period afterward as needed for security, billing, or legal reasons. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by emailing info@seeventicks.com. Deleting your account does not withdraw funds from your exchange.

Children

Laabh is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page is the latest revision. Continued use of Laabh after a change means you accept the updated policy.
